Planning fees are due upon service agreement confirmation. Accommodation and activity bookings require separate payment directly to providers or through our secure payment processing. Cancellation fees may apply based on individual provider policies.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

RoadTrip Voyage acts as an intermediary and planning consultant. We are not liable for actions, omissions, or services provided by third-party vendors including hotels, restaurants, attractions, or transportation providers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom itineraries, guides, and planning materials created by RoadTrip Voyage remain our intellectual property and are licensed for your personal use only. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
